Is Virtual Boxing Class Reliable?

YES, you can!

It will always be best to learn from an in-house trainer in a real gym. Since Pandemic, it forces you and even businesses to communicate and stay connected, meetings, run fitness classes online. Nonetheless, every skill can be learned from YouTube but how do you know who to learn from?

Are there legit boxers trainers, not some random guy who just had a few classes and thinks he can coach others to learn? I decided to write a post about this because some online forums that online training for fitness coaches doesn’t work. You might be one of those who want to learn how to box just for a technique or even add boxing to your exercise routine to lose weight but yet to explore any boxing gym. So does online coaching all hype or it can be a game-changer?

I found so many more great coaches, online, it is almost like a free trial class during a pandemic. I am amazed by what I have seen by the knowledge and passion, an experience that each coach put up on YouTube or other platforms of media.

Here are a few coaches that you can follow, this can be added to what you have already been learning if not you might find a gem on other techniques that can make your boxing skills way better like I did! Simple footwork on moving to the left has always been an issue for me but I found a technique that works for me finally.

Who are they?
Are they real coaches?
Let me give you reviews of a few that can be found to be helpful for you since it has been for me.

TONY JEFFRIES

Tony Jeffries is a UK Olympic Boxer and turns to be a coach, gym owner of a boxing gym in Los Angeles. Not every high Elite level like Tony can shift to being a coach because coaching is way more demanding, as results are expected by whoever your client is. His clients include actors like Robbie William, actresses, and even other sports Athletes. This made his credentials as a coach much more trustworthy.

He also created boxing program for coaches who are interested to be a boxing coach. His update on latest boxing matches (if you are interested in watching boxing match), opinion on recent professional fights and he has alot of humorous videos too.
