Nothing come close to learning how to box because it makes me feel good after and this is one of the reason why I created this website.

I am a huge fan of boxing. I love to watch boxing matches on TV when I was a little girl or even live matches. I am inspired to include boxing for general fitness for anyone who wants to get in shape, change out your boring workout program or even to because I fell in love with every bit of this sport that is called “sweet science”. Boxing to most people be an act of violent or it is a fading martial art. I am here to disagree with whoever thinks that. It’s technical skills, drills, and it sharpens your mindset. It’s exactly like dancing in a ring. Whether you are trying to lose weight without hurting your joints and knees, work on your foot drills,shadow boxing or you just want the latest update on boxing matches, this is the place for you.

Boxing is the best form of cardio

In my unbiased opinion boxing is the best form of cardio and I hate running (who is with me on this one?). Boxing can make you stronger, leaner and it is the greatest release of stress. It’s why sweet science is so sweet because anyone can do it. From my own learning experience from different coaches, I am constantly searching for great coaches so I can help them spread words of this amazing sport.
